Christine Simpson Stokes

Christine Simpson Stokes AM is a media advisor and is active in the arts and property development. Mrs Simpson Stokes, who is married to Seven Group head Kerry Stokes, is a former Perth news anchor. She is also a Trustee of Western Australia’s Children’s Charity Telethon, Patron of the Young Indigenous Women’s leadership program ‘Kimberley Girl’, and a member of the Advisory Council of the Jackman Furness Foundation for the Performing Arts. Mrs Simpson Stokes has extensive experience in business management and media, and is a philanthropist and supporter of the arts. In January 2020, Mrs Simpson Stokes was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia for significant services to the community through cultural organisations.
