Fraser’s Restaurant group executive chef Chris Taylor oversees some unique venues in Perth - Fraser’s and the Botanical Cafe (Kings Park), BWG Steakhouse (formerly Bluewater Grill in Applecross), and the Riverside Brewhouse (previously The Old Brewery along the Swan River foreshore in Crawley). He has been an integral part in Fraser’s winning countless consumer and association awards.
Mr Taylor is recognised as a leading chef within Perth and Australia, and is known internationally for his promotion and use of Western Australian produce. He travels extensively, educating chefs and providores of the quality of produce available from Western Australia, and is frequently employed to promote the very best that WA has to offer through cooking demonstrations, high profile dinners and gala events.
In 2012, Mr Taylor was inducted into the Restaurant & Catering Association Hall of Fame.
