Fraser’s Restaurant opened in 1993, with executive chef Chris Taylor at the helm. Since then, the company has expanded to include The Old Brewery, BWG Steakhouse, Indiana, The Botanical Café, airport venues (Longneck, Machinetta, Haymarket, Loco Poco) and offsite catering. Fraser’s Events & Catering has function venues at Kings Park, Mounts Bay Road and Heathcote Reserve, offering a range of event spaces with capacities from 10 to 700.
In May 2020, The Old Brewery has announced it won’t be reopening once COVID-19 social distancing restrictions are relaxed and will no longer be operated by Fraser’s Restaurant Group.
