Chris Huish has over 14 years of experience in the UK and Australian corporate sectors, providing company secretarial and corporate services in the areas of corporate finance, equity capital markets, corporate governance, statutory & regulatory reporting and compliance, as well as dealing with the ASX, ASIC and other authorities for listed and private corporations.

Mr Huish is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
