Chantal Churchill has over 16 years of professional experience in company administration, corporate governance, risk and compliance within several listed and unlisted public companies.

Ms Churchill was with the APN Group for over 6 years as compliance manager, company secretary and head of risk & compliance. Prior to APN, she held various risk and compliance roles, predominately in financial services and funds management including seven years at Arena Investment Management.

Ms Churchill is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
