Election reignites quota talks
Opposition leader Mia Davies said there had been a clear statement from the Australian public following the federal election where a record number of women were elected to parliament.
Carl Titchmarsh has been with Clough since July 2017 and has worked across strategy and development roles for the Asia Pacific region, identifying and targeting projects and business growth opportunities for the company. He started as business development manager before becoming head of business development for the West Coast and NT in July 2018, vice president of strategy & development for Asia Pacific in July 2020, and vice president of QLD, PNG and e2o asset services in August 2022.
Prior to Clough, Mr Titchmarsh held senior management roles at Civmec, Qilin Consulting Group, and Calibre Global.
He has over 18 years of advanced global experience, and is a member of the Australian CEO Institute and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
