Bruce Young jointly founded Spatial Property Group with Vince and Robert Carcione in 2010 having spent the previous 10 years working with major nationally listed property companies. He is regarded as one of Perth’s leading Project Managers with a mix of knowledge and experience within the broad property development industry.
Both a qualified Town Planner and Certified Practicing Planner, Bruce has been a UDIA WA council member since 2006, and a National UDIA council representative 2007 - 2009. He has worked on a number of major Western Australian masterplanned development projects, including Spatial’s current flagship, Spires Private Estate.
