Cedar Woods Properties has increased its presence in the southern suburb of Baldivis, buying a 50.7-hectare plot for $26.2 million.The land adjoins Cedar Woods’ existing 68ha landholding and is expected to produce around 700 housing lots, sized between 225 square metres and 550sqm.

Aigle Royal Developments has added a southern suburbs landholding to its portfolio, purchasing a 15.1-hectare tract of land in Baldivis for $10.3 million.
