Management change imminent at Graynic
A major boardroom shakeup is believed to be imminent at Subiaco-based laterite nickel explorer Graynic Metals.
Bronwyn Barnes is a company director with extensive experience primarily in the resources sector, having worked for a number of international and Australian private and public companies.
Ms Barnes has also held board roles in the fishing, indigenous, energy, education and community sectors.
Her major roles (since 2022) include president and CEO of High Power Exploration (HPX), which is part of Robert Friedland's Ivanhoe Group and includes iron ore developer Ivanhoe Liberia.
Ms Barnes chairs three ASX companies - Indiana Resources, Scorpion Minerals and Finder Energy.
She was inducted into the WA Women’s Hall of Fame in 2019.
