Pegusus Metals directors take a pay cut
Directors in West Perth-based explorer Pegasus Metals have agreed to more than halve their executive fees as part of the restructure of the company.
Scorpion Metals is an Australian mineral exploration and resource development company with projects in West Africa and Australia.
Scorpion's focus is on creating wealth for shareholders through the discovery of world-class deposits, over a diversified range of minerals. Current projects include Dablo, in Burkina Faso focused on Ni, Cu, PGE and Au; and Mt Mulcahy, in Western Australia focused on Cu, Zn, Co, Au and Ag.
Former company names include Pegasus Metals and Pegasus Uranium.
