Brian Talbot

Technical Director / Fin Resources

Brian Talbot has more than 25 years of experience within the mining, minerals and chemical processing sector; in both mine management and processing of lithium ores.

He was with Bikita Minerals in Zimbabwe, where he was expanding its plant throughout and increasing metallurgical recovery. Mr Talbot was also Galaxy Resources’ head of Australian operations and technical lead for the development of its evaporation ponds and chemical processing of lithium salts until January 2022 when he became operational & technical lead advisor of Future Metals.

Mr Talbot holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.
