Brent Fleeton started Perth Young Professionals in 2012, a 4000+ strong member not-for-profit group focused on supporting millennials. He also started OverArch in 2018, which provides stakeholder relations and business development support for businesses based in Western Australia.

Mr Fleeton had previously spent 2 years with the Chamber of Minerals and Energy as a policy advisor focusing on land access issues and building relationships with stakeholders in the Kimberley Region, became a City of Bayswater councillor in 2015, and joined NBN Co in the WA corporate affairs team.

In 2020, Mr Fleeton became a candidate for a position on the City of Perth Council. He was appointed a senior advisor of Clarity Communications in January 2021. In 2022, he joined GT Communications as a senior advisor and became a director in January 2023.

Mr Fleeton moved to Dubai in September, finishing up his Perth-based roles and becoming a director at government advisory Consulum.
