Dr Brendan de Kauwe is Director of Attollo Capital, with a decade of experience in venture capital, M&A, Public Offerings (IPOs, ICOs), reverse mergers, international equity capital markets and debt instruments. Brendan is an internationally experienced operations and transaction focused executive and has served as Chairman and/or Director of numerous publicly (NASDAQ, ASX) listed technology (blockchain, FinTech) and biotech companies and private enterprises. He is the CoFounder and CEO of SOLIS, a multinational entertainment blockchain and production company.
Dr de Kauwe studied a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Pharmacology and holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Western Australia, with additional Post Graduate certifications in Oral Surgery and Implantology. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance, majoring in Corporate Finance, is the Responsible Manager for a Retail and Wholesale Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and is an ASIC complaint (RG146) Securities Advisor. He holds a Diploma of Music Industry (Sound Engineering) and Multimedia.
