Ben Wilson was a former chief executive of Dampier Bunbury Pipeline (DBP), Multinet Gas (MG), and Australian Gas Networks (AGN), before returning to the UK in 2021. Together these entities form one of Australia’s largest gas infrastructure businesses. He became chief executive of AGN in 2015, and of DBP and MG in 2017. In all cases, his appointment came after Hong Kong-based CKI Infrastructure acquired those businesses.
Previously, Mr Wilson was the director of strategy and regulation & chief financial officer at UK Power Networks, a large electricity distribution company. Prior to that, he was a utilities investment banker for 15 years in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
Mr Wilson has a Bachelors degree in Natural Science from Cambridge University in the UK.
