CCI appoints new general council president
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA has appointed former University of Western Australia Business School dean Tracey Horton as president of its general council.
DBP is the trading name of the privately-owned DBNGP group of entities which own and operate the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline, a Perth-based gas infrastructure business. In addition, through DBP Development Group, it has developed and operates several related assets including the Wheatstone Ashburton West pipeline, the Fortescue River gas pipeline, and the Tubridgi gas storage facility. The DBNGP is WA’s key gas transmission pipeline stretching almost 1600 kilometres and linking the gas fields in the Carnarvon Basin off the Pilbara coast with population centres and industry in the South West. The pipeline has been in continuous operation since 1984, and has a remaining life of at least 50 years.
DBP is a wholly-owned subsidiary of DUET Group, which was an ASX-listed company until it was acquired by Hong Kong-based CKI Infrastructure in May 2017.
