Ben Tassone is the manager of Margaret River Distilling Company. Prior to joining the distillery in March 2015, Mr Tassone was working with resources companies Anglogold Ashanti and SinoSteel Corporation. He was over 6 years of experience in the food and hospitality industries; as manager of Winos Wine Bar & Restaurant and restaurant manager of Xanadu Winery (both in the Margaret River region) and group manager & licensee of GJ's Bar and Restaurant Group in London.
