Barry Taylor was the inaugural founder and director of Ngarda Civil Mining when it was formed in 2001, and was appointed executive chair in August 2006. Ngarda was regarded as a unique commercially competitive and financially stable earthmoving company that has set an Australian benchmark for Indigenous training and employment programs.
