Ante Golem is a partner in the Perth disputes team at Herbert Smith Freehills. He advises in relation to a broad range of general commercial matters, with a focus on project construction disputes. He also has extensive experience in class action litigation. His clients include several of Australia’s leading mining and energy companies and other corporates that provide logistics and other services to those industries.
In March 2013 Mr Golem joined the board of Perth's Ronald McDonald House, which provides ‘a home away from home’ to rural families with a child undergoing treatment for cancer or other serious illnesses at Princess Margaret Hospital.
