Anne Ward is an experienced company director with expertise in business management, strategy, governance, risk and finance across sectors including financial services, technology, healthcare, government, education and tourism.
Ms Ward is chair of ASX-listed companies Redbubble and MNF Group, council member at RMIT University, and non-executive director of Crown Resorts.
She also held board positions at Colonial Mutual Superannuation, Zoological Parks and Gardens Board of Victoria, Flexigroup, Colonial First State Investments, Avanteos Investments, and Qantas Superannuation Plan. Ms Ward was general counsel (Australia and Asia) for National Australia Bank and partner at Minter Ellison Lawyers and Herbert Geer.
Ms Ward's achievements were recognised in 2013 when she was named as one of Australia’s 100 Women of Influence by Westpac and the Australian Financial Review.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
