Crown declines latest Blackstone bid
Crown Resorts has told Blackstone to improve its offer if the private equity group is to take control of the casino operator.
Crown Resorts is one of Australia's largest gaming and entertainment groups. It owns and operates two of Australia’s leading integrated resorts, Crown Melbourne and Crown Perth.
Crown Perth consists of a casino, convention centre with meeting rooms, theatre, two ballrooms, numerous restaurants and bars, and three hotels - the 405-room Crown Metropol Perth, 291-room Crown Promenade Perth, and the luxurious Crown Towers Perth.
