Shave bolsters mining-focused investment firm
Private equity firm Resource Capital Funds has hired Anna Shave to co-lead an innovation fund focused on mining companies and the energy transition.
Anna Shave is a senior investment professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate and financial services.
In February 2024, Ms Shave was appointed as Resource Capital Funds' private equity innovation investment team managing director, and a director for investor relations in the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to that, she was a principal of investment fund manager and strategic advisory company Tanarra Group from March 2016 to 2023 where she headed up its office in Western Australia and participated as a member of the Tanarra investment committee. She had also held executive roles at Fortescue Metals Group, as well as investment banking and capital markets roles at JPMorgan and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York.
Ms Shave holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
