Amy Nancarrow

Amy Nancarrow has extensive residential project management experience for some of Australia’s leading private and ASX-listed developers. She is an urban planner and development director with over 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors of Western Australia's development industry.

Her areas of expertise and experience are diverse, ranging from the delivery of masterplanned residential communities to the planning of inner city urban renewal areas, strategic and statutory planning and built heritage conservation.

Ms Nancarrow has overseen the delivery of over 1500 residential lots and an extensive list of public and community assets including retail facilities, public open spaces and reserves, school sites and civil infrastructure.
