Amber Crosthwaite is an experienced commercial lawyer specialising in seniors living, aged care and disability. She has over 16 years of experience negotiating complex commercial transactions in Australia, Asia and the UK.
Ms Crosthwaite provides legal advice to operators of retirement villages and other seniors living environments, approved providers of residential aged care and home care/community care, disability service providers (including NDIS registered providers) and property developers of seniors living environments (aged care, retirement villages, lifestyle villages etc) and Specialist Disability Accommodation.
She works across the seniors living, aged care and disability sectors but has a particular focus on regulatory compliance, royal commission work, sales and acquisitions and property development.
