Adrienne Parker is a lawyer specialising in the infrastructure and resources sectors. She has over 25 years of experience in advising on all aspects of project delivery and dispute resolution; and large construction, engineering, energy and mining projects across a number of jurisdictions.
Ms Parker has advised on procurement strategies and models, prepared and negotiated most forms of contract in the supply chain, undertaken risk assessment and management of major projects and provided ongoing advice during the life of projects across Australia, Asia and Africa. Ms Parker’s experience encompasses all forms of dispute resolution arising from major commercial building and infrastructure projects, mining projects, oil and gas facilities, and renewable energy projects, including arbitration (international and domestic), litigation, expert determination, mediation and adjudication under the security of payment regime in Australia.
Ms Parker is a partner and Head of the Perth office of Pinsent Masons, an international commercial law firm headquartered in London, with offices across Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Ms Parker is the national Chair of the Construction and Infrastructure Law Committee, Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, Chair of the Law Society of WA’s Construction and Infrastructure Law Committee and a former President of the WA Chapter of NAWIC.
