The Yinhawangka Charitable Trust was established on 14 November 2012. Mutual Trust acts as trustee of the Yinhawangka Charitable Trust.
The Yinhawangka People are the native title claimants and traditional custodians of approximately one million hectares of land and waters that include a number of Rio Tinto mines and the town of Paraburdoo.
