WeDispatch (formerly known as Spatula) was a delivery tracking app developed in Perth, Western Australia. When used, a live tracking link is sent via SMS that the customer opens in one click to track the oncoming driver. They could also call or message the driver directly.
The website allowed businesses to track job status and staff location in real time, while an iOS and Android app allows drivers to grab jobs, navigate to tasks, capture photos and signatures and send tracking links and communicate with the customer.
Spatula was acquired by Dublin-based delivery innovator the WeBringg group in 2018, and rebranded as WeDispatch. The company has since been sold.
