Swoop Holdings is an ASX-listed, Australian internet telecommunications company.
In May 2021, Swoop Holdings listed on the ASX through the reverse takeover of Stemify. The deal brought together two ISPs — Geraldton-based NodeOne Internet and NSW-based Swoop — as the combined company Swoop Holdings.
Prior to the deal, Swoop (formerly Cirrus Communications) was a privately-held infrastructure telecommunications company with one of Australia's largest fixed wireless tower assets and coverage. NodeOne had its own fixed wireless network across the Perth metropolitan area, Geraldton and the mid-west regions and Bunbury in the south of the state.
Swoop Holdings acquired Victoria-based Speedweb and Perth-based ISP Community Communications and more than a dozen of its fixed-wireless towers in June 2021, South Australia-based Beam Internet in July 2021, and South Australian network provider iFibre in January 2022.
