State of Kin Constructions is a Perth-based multi-disciplinary design studio specialising in the creation of spaces across residential, hospitality, retail, wellness and commercial sectors.
The Salomone family have been involved in the Perth construction industry since 1978. The family’s former company was established by directors Gino and Steve Salomone. Over the years, the group have completed a variety of residential, commercial, industrial and multi-residential projects.
2016 saw the formation and introduction of State of Kin Design and State of Kin Constructions. The directors together with their experienced teams began to secure an array of commercial projects working with clients such as Scentre Group, Pan Pacific Hotels and Three Pound Group, while also securing a number of high-end residential works.
