With a successful history since 1953, Silver Thomas Hanley has been involved in many significant major projects in Western Australia and has been recognised with numerous awards including the MBA WA Architect of the Year award in 2016, the Architect Institute’s highest award for Fiona Stanley Hospital, and the AIA National Architecture Awards in 2020 for Curtin University’s Midland Campus in collaboration with Lyons - the collaboration was also selected for the ECU City Campus project in 2021.
