Raiden Resources listed on the ASX in February 2018 via the reverse takover of ACN 009 161 522 Limited (formerly SubZero Group). Timok Resources, acquired in the RTO deal, was a holding company incorporated in Western Australia which had options to acquire 100% of the issued capital of Skarnore Resources and Kingstown Resources, which in turn had interests in various exploration licences located in Serbia.
Raiden Resources is a copper-gold focused exploration company targeting the emerging prolific Tethyan metallogenic belt in eastern Europe, primarily in Serbia.
