Perth Markets is an unlisted public company formed by a consortium of fruit & vegetable wholesalers, growers, Market City tenants and state-based market operators. It was established to bid for the state government's Perth Market Authority, which ran Market City at Canning Vale.
Perth Markets' acquisition of Market City was completed in March 2016.
