Pastacup is a Perth-based quick service restaurant chain with stores across WA. In September 2016 the company opened its first interstate franchise, in Wagga Wagga, NSW. The business was founded in 2008 by Stuart Bernstein and Norwegian partner Siri Solumsmoen. Ms Solumsmoen and Mr Bernstein developed and tested the concept in their North Perth deli/restaurant, Italy Home Made, which was later rebranded to PastaCup, weeks after the franchise opened its flagship store in Melville.
