Cameron Shephard brings a family history in land development to his new role as state president of the UDIA.
Okeland Communities (formerly Amex Corporation) is a family-owned property development company based in Perth, Western Australia. The company has its roots in the property industry as far back as 1971 when David Shephard began building homes and doing small developments within Perth. The company has projects in WA and Queensland.
Amex Corporation rebranded to Okeland Communities in early February 2019.
