Minerva Foods

In 2016, IMTP was acquired by Minerva S/A (Minerva Foods), a Brazilian company globally recognized as one of the main beef producers in South America, specialized in the production and sale of beef and its byproducts, leather and live cattle exports. Intermeat, a Brazilian animal protein import and export company also owned by Minerva Foods since 2016, was merged into Minerva Foods Asia in 2018, expanding the Australian trading company operations.
