Palmer charged with fraud, directors’ breaches
Clive Palmer could face up to five years in jail after being charged with fraud and breaches of directors’ duties following an ASIC investigation.
Mineralogy, the private company of Clive Palmer, has been engaged in the exploration and development of mineral resources.
The company's activities have focused predominantly on the delineation and development of prospects from within its world class iron ore portfolio, estimated to be in excess of 160 billion tonnes of magnetite ore resource, located 80km south of Dampier in the Western Australia Pilbara region.
