Triton raises $12m for graphite project
Triton Minerals has tapped investors to raise $12 million for ongoing work at its Mozambique graphite project.
Merchant Group is a Western Australian based financial services firm focused on providing a unique model of stockbroking, funds management, strategic advice and corporate finance solutions. Incorporating Merchant Capital Markets and Merchant Funds Management, the Company was founded by Andrew Chapman, together with 3 other partners and staff members.
Merchant Group provides the following services: Private portfolio management and strategic advice, Direct-to-market investment services and Corporate finance, deal flow and origination.
The company planned to merge with Somers & Partners at the end of the 2016/17 financial year, but this deal later fell through.
