Marindi Metals was incorporated in 2013 for the purpose of securing advanced exploration and development projects, focusing on base metals in Australia.
In October 2013, Marindi Metals signed a Farm-In Joint Venture Agreement with Prairie Downs Metals (PDM) to earn an initial 51% interest in the Prairie Downs Base Metal Project located in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia, some 60km south west of the town of Newman.
