Kwik originated in the 1980s as Transhaul Transport Services. Kwik Cranes was bought into the company in the early 1990s.
The company has been based in Malaga since the late 1980s and are now well established with a depot, warehouse and distribution facilities in Malaga, Bibra Lake, Mandurah and Two Rocks.
In November 2021, all three divisions (crane, transport and traffic management) of Kwik Logistics were acquired by Northfleet Transport.
