Kailis Bros Leederville

Kailis Bros Leederville is a family seafood business, with its head office and processing and distribution operation in Canning Vale, which operates in Australia and worldwide. It was initially set up when George Palassis Kailis took over an inner city fish shop in Perth in 1936. The shop, trading as GP Kailis & Sons, was based in Barrack Street Perth until March 1990, and in 2000 Kailis Bros opened a new premises in Oxford Street, Leederville. The new premises combines their fish market with a seafood cafe.
