John Pujajangka-Piyirn Catholic School is situated at Mulan, close to Lake Gregory (Paruku) in a remote part of the Kimberley area of Western Australia.
Mulan is located 320 km from Halls Creek and with the use of a four-wheel drive, is accessible for most of the year. The traditional owners of the land are the Walmajarri people and in 2001, this area became Western Australia's first Indigenous Protected Area.
