In 2014 Jetcut and Inovas formally merged to form the IAS Group. IAS Group provides optimal maintenance and life extension solutions to production critical assets within the oil & gas, mining, industrial and public infrastructure industries. These solutions include their trademarked Technowrap composite pipe repairs and IAS Group provides these services for a wide variety of assets, from offshore rigs to power plants. IAS Group's past and present Western Australian clients include; Woodside, Rio Tinto, Iluka Resources, Monadelphous, Georgiou Group, Coogee Chemicals and the Fremantle Port Authority. The firm has also landed work nationally, including local and state government contracts in New South Wales.
