Health House International (formerly VPCL Limited) was founded in 2016 to pursue opportunities in the burgeoning global medicinal cannabis market.
It is now an ASX-listed international distributor of medicinal cannabis and wholesalers of GMP pharmaceutical products.
In 2019, Health House International acquired HHI (Australia), a business that was granted the first licence in Australia to import and distribute medicinal cannabis. It also acquired P&D Pharmaceuticals, a UK-based speciality pharmaceutical wholesaler which is now trading as Health House Pharma, and supplies a range of pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, hospitals, government departments, ambulance workers and other wholesalers in the UK and EU.
In 2021, Health House International acquired CanPharma GmbH, a privately-held German medicinal cannabis sales and distribution company that holds the highest level of pharmaceutical licences; and also owns Europe’s first medicinal cannabis consultancy Kalapa Clinic (Barcelona).
Also in 2021, following a reverse takeover of VPCL, the company changed its name to Health House International.
