The Partners in Crime Brewery is a 100-litre microbrewery and part of a staged improvement to the estate's facilities. The theme of the brewery, Partners in Crime, was inspired by family dogs Tassie and Devil. The pair serve as inspiration for the first limited edition range of beverages aptly named The Devil You Know.
