$87m Freo apartments to proceed
AFG Property is set to proceed with construction of its $87 million Richmond Quarter apartment development in East Fremantle after appointing Pindan this week as the builder.
In 1987, Gary Dempsey established his own building company Gary Dempsey Developments which has developed and built a diverse range of commercial and residential projects. These have included retirement villages, nursing homes, schools, office buildings, exclusive club houses and museums, and a large number of multi-unit residential developments and luxurious homes.
