Frankland River Olive Company has appointed Mark Hohnen as chairman and non-executive director. Mr Hohnen was the founding chairman of both Cape Mentelle Vineyards and Cloudy Bay Vineyards. He has been an investor and keen follower of the olive industry in Western Australia since 1999.

W.G. & B.M. Martin became a substantial shareholder with a relevant interest of 3,789,909 ordinary shares (7.65%).

The chairman of Frankland River Olive Company looks set to wholly acquire and privatise the business, after Paul Letari increased his shareholding to over 90 per cent.
