Forte Energy NL engages in the exploration, evaluation, and development of uranium and energy-related projects worldwide. Forte Energy has secured an extensive portfolio of uranium projects in the Republics of Guinea and Mauritania in West Africa. The company was formerly known as Murchison United NL and changed its name to Forte Energy NL in November 2008. Forte Energy NL’s shares are listed on both the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX: FTE). The Company was delisted from the ASX on 17 April 2015. At a meeting of shareholders held on 26 August 2016 a Reverse TakeOver by BOS GLOBAL Limited was approved and the enlarged company was admitted to trading on AIM on 30 August 2016 under the new ticker: BOS.
