Competitive Foods Australia owns and operates fast food restaurants in Australia. It is owned and operated by Jack Cowin. The company is a franchisee for Hungry Jack’s outlets in Australia and formerly held the franchise for Kentucky Fried Chicken in Western Australia and the Northern Territory. It also manufactures frozen meat products and processed vegetables for supermarkets, and the food service industry. In addition, the company exports food products internationally. The company was founded in 1969 and was based in Osborne Park, WA until the headquarters moved to Sydney in 2018. Competitive Foods Australia Pty Ltd operates as a subsidiary of Bambarra Pty Ltd.
