City West Lotteries House is a community service organisation aimed at providing opportunities for the Western Australia not-for-profit sector to enjoy affordable rental space and a community base to run their support work.
Located in a prime central location on the fringe of the Perth CBD, it leases office premises to 17 not-for-profit organisations which provide social, disability, environmental and community services to the WA community. There are also meeting rooms, conference room, hot desks, project space and casual parking available for hire.
