The company aims to help serve the world, in partnership with farmers and customers, in processing plants, ports and packaging facilities, on the trading floor and on the move.

In 2014, the Company commissioned its grain export terminal at the Port of Bunbury, in the south-west of Western Australia. It receives grain for export via contracted deliveries direct from farm storage, or from other storage points. All grain deliveries are by road transport, which may be through accredited commercial carriers or accredited grower carriers.
