Brookside Energy, formerly Red Fork Energy, is an Australian public company listed on the Australian (ASX:BRK) and Frankfurt (FSE:8F3) stock exchanges.
It focuses on the mid-continent region of the US where it has deep and valued relationships, working with local communities to ensure sustainable growth and value creation through the safe and efficient development of energy assets.
The company was incorporated in 2004 and went into receivership in 2014. Following completion of its recapitalisation, the company was reinstated to official quotation on the ASX and changed its name from Red Fork Energy to Brookside Energy.
